The Fiestas de Playa Honda start on Friday 19th September with events planned until the end of the month.
The festivities will run until September 28th with a varied program including sports events & tournaments, concerts, foam parties, kite festival, horse racing on the beach, classic car exhibition and more.
A photograph exhibition V Encuentro con África will be on display in the Centro Civico with Canarian photographers who reflect their special vision on this continent which is geographically close but not socially to the Canary Islands (Open 09:00 – 13:00 & 16:00 – 20:00 from the 16th September to 31st October).
