Cantina Teguise has long been one of our favourite restaurants on the island, and so we had to go along when we heard about their “Made for trade” December supper tasting menu.
Working with co-owner Zoe, chef Nathan Holmes came up with a stunning 11 courses of earthy, wintery, concentrated taste!
There was a full house in The Secret Garden, and it was great to see so many friends, including Viktor and Paul on a busman’s holiday from their own restaurant Barstro, and Tracy and Derek from Brown Deli. read more »
