Arrecife Ayuntamiento are drafting new rules to regulate and clean up the coastline of Lanzarote’s capital.
Around half of the boats situated at the Charco de San Ginés are believed to be illegal or abandoned. The council intends to remove any boats not identified or found without proper documentation. The regulations will prohibit boats to be beached in the future and limit those greater than 2.5 metres in length to anchor within designated areas of the charco. read more »
