Houses in this area come up for sale rarely. Charco del Palo is a naturist resort in the north of Lanzarote. You don’t have to be a naturist to enjoy living there, but you do have to be comfortable with seeing naked people around the place!
It’s a stunning little village, right on the coast, with a sheltered “sea pool” lovely sand dunes, and a small commercial centre with a bar and restaurants. It’s a short drive from Mala, where there is a supermarket and more eating and drinking places, and less than half an hour from Costa Teguise.
