The Timanfaya Mountains are Lanzarote’s most visited attraction. The combination of some of the world’s most stunning scenery, with 25 dormant volcanoes is irresistible. The temperature of the ground in the area is as high as 100 degrees centigrade and you’ll see geysers of water shot up from a hole in the ground, bushes bursting into flames in a shallow pit, and food being cooked over a volcano!
