The Party Plane VIP weekend which includes the flight from Blackpool and accommodation for 100 people in Lanzarote has been scheduled for Saturday 20th April.
Paul said: “I can’t actually believe I’m the winner, it’s like a dream come true. The past week has been really tense with me checking the public vote every hour to see who was in the lead. Everybody has put so much effort into our campaign to win so it’s an absolutely amazing feeling to take first place and bring the party plane to Blackpool. We can’t wait to jet off to Lanzarote – it’s going to be a trip of a lifetime! Thank you Jet2.com.”
Steve Heapy, Jet2.com, Chief Executive, said: "We’ve been amazed at how this competition has captured the nation’s imagination and also at the effort all the finalists have put into the public vote. People have been running ad campaigns, getting local celebrities on board and even body painting themselves to drum up support – it’s been incredible! I want to congratulate Paul for being a very worthy winner and hope he has fantastic time on his very own private party plane.”
