Kevin Roper started K C Properties over 30 years ago in Puerto del Carmen. The name of the business reflected his and his wife’s initials, and made a clever play of the fact that the word “Roper” actually appears in the word “Property.” One of the reasons they have been successful for so long is that 90% of their business comes from personal referrals.
These days, Kevin’s son Olivier is part of the business, which has expanded in recent years, and the time is right to change the name and update the branding.
K C Properties is now Roper Properties, with the same great team offering the same, excellent and personal service.
