I was interested to meet Paul Brown, because I’ve never totally understood what an Osteopath is. He explained to me that Osteopathy dates back to ancient Greek times, and is the diagnosis and treatment of the structural parts of the body. It’s all about the relationship between bones, muscles and the connecting tissues. Typically, Osteopaths are called in when someone is suffering from pain, often in the back. They are able to diagnose what the problem is, and then manipulate the body to provide relief.
