La Gula Gastrobar caught our attention when it snatched the No1 TripAdvisor spot for the top restaurant in Costa Teguise.
Having visited last night, we can see why it’s proving popular and it’s a welcome addition to our recommended dining list for that holiday resort. La Gula is situated on the edge of Pueblo Marinero, the front entrance is next to the Tourist Information Office, and the back entrance is in the walkway through to the square.
The restaurant is inviting from the outside, I liked the cosy decor there are two dining rooms with an open kitchen, although the lighting is a little on the bright side. The staff are very welcoming, we were a group of six so our waiter explained that the dishes are created to share between two people. He recommended that we select 9 dishes to share, and helped with the portion sizes. read more »
