The Lanzarote Business Association will be holding their annual Gran Prix event at the Go Karting San Bartolomé track on Sunday 19th May.
If you’ve been to a previous race, you’ll know that Danny Trigg, president of the association is very competitive! It’s no secret that he visits the track regularly for practice and last year’s defeat was blamed on his brother.
Teams of two drivers are invited to participate, everyone is welcome, the cost is €80 per team / €40 per driver and includes lunch. The Gran Prix will be held from 12:00 to 17:00, drivers need to be at the track an hour before.
This annual event is a charitable one, 50% of all money raised will be donated to this year’s beneficiaries, who have been named as the Asociación Tinguafaya and Puerto del Carmen Football Club.
You can bring your families and supporters along too, apart from the karting there will be entertainment, a bouncy castle and kart rides for children. The bar is open all day and lunch is available if booked in advance at €5 per adult and €2.50 per child.
Please contact the LBA as soon as possible to confirm your team name.
