A wine and cheese tasting event will be held in English this weekend at the craft fair in Mancha Blanca.
We’ve already published full programme details of the Fiestas de Los Dolores & XXV Feria Insular de Artesanía but it wasn’t clear that one of the two tasting events will be held in English.
On Sunday 15th September, a Cata de vinos y quesos artesanales will be held in Spanish from 12:00 to 13:15, followed by a Wine & traditional cheese tasting in English at 14:00 to 15:15. Both sessions are offered free of charge and will be presented by Ana María Martín and Isidoro Jiménez.
There are 25 places available at each event, if you’d like to participate then you need to visit the punto de información (information point) situated in the centre of the patio inside the craft fair tent. Registration closes 30 minutes before the start, or when the places have been filled.
We attended the official opening of the craft fair yesterday, as in previous years there is a fabulous array of crafts with stands not just from Lanzarote but other Canary Islands.
