Playa Blanca
We’ll start with the part of the island that has seen the biggest change. Back in 2000, there was just one, very new phase in Faro Park. Marina Rubicon was just in construction, and there were no pontoons or large buildings there, and the large industrial area as you come into town, didn’t exist!

Puerto Calero
Back in 2000, The Hesperia Hotel was still in the early stages of construction, The Costa Calero hadn’t been started, and there were plenty of roads with no properties on them at all!

Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise has seen a big growth in residential property since 2000, with huge developments on the outskirts of the town, both to the West and the North East.

Puerto del Carmen Golf Course
A big change here of course, because the golf course just wasn’t there in 2000!
