Naviera Armas are running a special offer during the month of January. As of yesterday and until the 31st of January 2013 tickets between all Canarian islands are €7 per person or car, each way.
It applies to direct routes between island.
In Lanzarote Naviera Armas sails from Arrecife to Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario in Fuerteventura and Santa Cruz de Tenerife and from Playa Blanca to Corralejo in Fuerteventura.
And of course, this being Spain AND the Canaries, we start with one exception: the ferry that serves the route Playa Blanca-Corralejo, the Volcán de Tindaya, is due its annual review during the month of January. So the offer on this route its not available until the 21st of January. Well, better than no offer at all, I guess.
Tickets can be bought online at www.navieraarmas.com or at your usual travel agent. When booking online, you need to choose "butaca" or "pulman seat" as accommodation type.
I managed to get the advertised price on the route from Arrecife to Gran Canaria but I failed miserably on the Corralejo route. If you find the same difficulties, it's probably advisable to book either in person or on the phone.
