Papa Jack’s, the Irish bar and live music venue in the centre of Costa Teguise has got to be imminently sold, the owner is open to serious offers in the region of €25,000.
Owner, Mark placed the bar on the market priced at €55,000 in late 2013, after 11 years on the island, it was time for him to head back to Belfast. Unfortunately an urgent family problem now has forced him to slash the price.
Papa Jack’s was established in 2007, this Irish pub has a great reputation and is situated in the centre of the resort, close to Pueblo Marinero. Currently the bar is open 6 nights a week from 18:00, closing on a Sunday. Papa Jack’s is well known as a live music venue with top local performers playing three times a week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The existing clientele tend to be more mature and generally enjoy a drop of whisky and a pint or two of the black stuff whilst soaking up the atmosphere.
