A press release from Iberia Express confirmed that all flights destined for or departing from the Canary Islands will not be affected by the forthcoming strike called by Iberia staff.
Iberia Express emphasized that all company flights whose origin or destination include the Balearic and Canary Islands, Dublin and Copenhagen are operating as normal despite the Iberia strike. The company has operated all scheduled flights to these destinations during the strike last February and will keep all connections during the next call for strike (4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 March).
Iberia Express will operate approximately 70% of their flights during the next call to strike and stated that all affected passengers on other flights were repositioned or reimbursed.
